Each learner would work with a Learning Coach who would:
Help participants put into context existing personal assessments and provide additional on-line assessments where appropriate, to help people identify general learning needs
Negotiate individual learning goals linked to their general learning needs or projects at work, and help the learner structure the goals into a Learning Plan
Help support the participant to keep to the plan and provide, or arrange for, expert input if needed
Help the learner to structure the output from their learning and achieve appropriate credit or qualification
