Learning Strategy

bulletHow can you make learning drive the business forward?

bulletWhich learning software will best serve your purposes?

bulletHow have other organisations succeeded?

bulletHow can you engage external experts efficiently?

bulletHow can you motivate your people to learn remotely?

We have over 6 years of experience of helping people answer their burning questions and develop learning strategies to solve their critical issues. We recommend starting an engagement with a collaborative workshop. We believe that this is the most efficient process for clarifying the objectives and needs of all stakeholders and determining an outline plan which has broad buy-in.

Collaborative Workshop - Outline Agenda

We tailor the agenda of the workshop to suit the objectives of the organisation. In general terms we recommend:

  • Clarifying the business objectives of the organisation.
  • Clarifying the needs and environment of the potential learners.
  • Explaining technical options from a non-technical perspective.
  • Look at the key organisational and people issues and demonstrate how they drive the design of the learning materials or services (electronic or blended as appropriate).
  • Use a real or potential learning project to demonstrate the process for developing appropriate learning services and products; based on the agreed outputs agreed earlier in the workshop.
  • Agree options or plans for proceeding to maximise the chance of success.

We encourage very broad participation in these workshops (including key individuals), working on a recommended minimum of 5 and maximum of 15.
